THE FOLLOWING INVESTMENT PROGRAMS ARE AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME The following Investment Programs are available at this time. MANAGEMENT In this plan, the Investor purchases cattle outright and we will manage the cattle on a Fee basis. Management consists of feed, care, health and breeding. We will consult with individual Investors on choice Sires for breeding, and evaluate calves from the standpoint of potential as breeding stock or performance animals. SHARED OWNERSHIP This program is designed to allow Investors the opportunity to get into the business and spread the cost and the risk. Breeding Stock is purchased on HALF OWNERSHIP with Investors and all offspring from these cattle will become shared ownership as well. The Investor is responsible for only half the expenses normally incurred. PERFORMANCE This program is for the true fan of the sport and designed to allow them the opportunity to be apart of the performance end of the business. Under this plan, we enter into HALF interest agreements on Bulls currently performing on the Professional Circuits, or those on the verge of making it. We are responsible for locating the animals and negotiating agreements with Professional Stock Contractors that will care for, transport, and schedule events for your Bull to perform.
